So far i've tried seemingly countless combinations of repairs, restarts, and reinstallations to no avail. I closed all office apps, rolled back the registry, and restarted. No freezing or anything, just clicking the email, and bam, closecrash. Several days after that, I started seeing crashes when I click on an email in my inbox that is a calendar appointment. It worked as intended without crashes for about 2 weeks, then I made a single change to a registry key to try to get my Excel previewer working in Outlook. I recently upgraded my PC and did a fresh install of Office 2016. Repeat step 6 but add the executable all, I'm officially stuck.Navigate to the folder C:\program files\Webex\Webex Desktop App\ and add the executable ptsrv.exe.Make sure the option Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select: is selected, then click the Add button. Click on the Advanced system settings link, then click on the Advanced tab.Open the Start menu, right click on Computer, then select Properties. If the client wants to keep DEP enabled and allow Webex Desktop App through DEP, the following steps need to be performed: Windows 7: Go to the Data Execution Prevention tab.
